the property off of the market if it is not available for 30 days or longer. A $500 cashiers check or
money order is needed if move in date is within 30 days. This money is applied to your move-in
but if not approved, will be given back. All applications (including co-signers) are needed within
14 days of deposit or the home will be put back on the market to be rented and you risk the
chance of losing your deposit.
