| Starting February 9, 2010 we will start a waiting list for homes coming available in May, June, July, and August 2010. We will need the size of home you are looking for ( # of bedrooms),location, and pets. The week of April 5, 2010 we will begin calling people on the waiting list and putting what properties that will be coming available up on this page for viewing. As soon as the people on the waiting list have been given priority, it will be open for anyone to reserve the home of your choice. We anticipate an excess of 100 various types of properties will become available during the summer months. There will be other homes coming available and might not show up during the 1st week so please keep on looking as the site will be updated daily. A $1,000.00 cashiers check or money order is needed to take the property off of the market and secure it for yourself. This money is applied to your move-in and if not approved will be given back. All applications (including co-signers) is needed within 14 days of deposit or the home will be put back on the market for rent. |
