These prices are for single family homes. If you have a small apartment complex, please contact us directly for pricing on your property.

These percentages come from the rent/fees collected, so if no rent is collected, no fee is collected. These prices are for homes and condos only. Please contact us in regards to apartment pricing.

One Time Lease Up

We offer one time lease ups where we will personally tour/show your property, find well qualified individuals, generate ads through our software system to 8 different sights, place a physical sign in front of home take care of all the legal paperwork. We conduct an extremely detailed digital inspection walkthrough on your property prior to move in as well, using Inspectful Digital Inspections. Once a qualified applicant is found, the lease documents will be prepared. The first month’s rent will be collected, as well as a full security deposit (one month’s rent plus pet deposit if applicable). A fee equal to one 1/2 month’s rent will be charged to you for this service (Minimum $500 fee). This fee will be deducted from the collected rent. The resident’s security deposit is released to you to hold for the lease term. There is a one-time $200 marketing fee charge if you are to back out of the service/agreement.
