REALTOR REFERRALS

If you are a Realtor® and have a client to refer our Property Management Group we commit to you that we will protect you. We have a Realtor Guarantee that reassures you that we will not list your referral. If we inadvertently sell it then you are made whole 100% per the Guarantee. If the case comes to be that you and the seller do not wish to conduct business any longer, we would request that in writing from you.

Simply put, we value our relationship with Realtors® and we do not want to jeopardize that relationship. Rather than just talk about it we actually put it in writing.
