1. Make 3 times your portion of the rent (gross) or 5 times (gross) for in-state Co-signers or show you have 3 times your portion of rent via trust, financial aid or a combo of each in a bank account you have access to.
2. Have a 680 credit score or above for automatic approval. If you have a 600-679 score, we will approach the owner on a number basis only for approval. You could be asked for an additional deposit. A 599 and below score is an automatic denial.
3. No Bankruptcy within 2 years of applying.
4. All animals/ ESA/ Service must be ran through our third party company PetScreening.com. Additional monthly pet rent may apply.
5. Good rental history for past 3 years if applicable.
6. Must have a Social Security Number.
7. 2 persons max/ bedroom allowed.
