Matt has been involved in the real estate management industry since 2010. Prior to entering the real estate field; his background stems from both construction and food service management. His past employers are Costco Wholesale, Green Masters

Landscape Design & Development Co., Chico Sierra Real Estate Management, Chico Properties, Sheraton Real Estate Management and

he is currently working at NVPM Property Management.

Matt currently works with over 200 investors and oversees 180 residential properties from student housing, multifamily, single family and commercial. With his expertise in real estate management, he has earned over $2,259,000 in annual income in 2017 for his clients and increased that revenue by over $585,000 from 2016.

Matt currently serves on the education committee with the North Valley Property Owners Association where he works with other members in the community to advocate state and local laws that would negatively impact the rental market for both tenants and owners alike.

Matt graduated from Butte College with an AA degree in Social Science and Business Administration. He currently attends Chico State University to acquire his BA in Business Administration. In his free time he likes to fish, hike and travel. He also enjoys backpacking in the eastern Sierra’s.
