Pam is the office bookkeeper collecting rents, paying bills, running apps, processing security deposits and owner statements. She is also the general office manager of NVPM so she assists with multiple tasks that are needed.
Pam has lived in the Chico area most of her life. She has accounting experience from Les Schwab and before joining NVPM, she spent 4 years as an on-site resident manager locally for a large property. Pam enjoys her time with family, friends and climbing onto window sills.
