Rachel is our general property manager that takes care of what is needed at the time needed. She is a good start if you are not

aware of who to speak with.

Rachel is no stranger to the North State. She has lived in the Paradise/Chico area for the last 24 years. Recently taking up residency in Chico after the Campfire. Rachel was in real estate sales up in Paradise before her journey to NVPM. Rachel takes passion in her job and learning new things daily. In her spare time, she loves spending time hanging out with her husband and son.
